Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
By accessing or using Paleta (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The service
Paleta provides a set of free, browser-based color tools. The tools are provided for your convenience and run locally in your browser. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Acceptable use
You may use Paleta for personal and commercial projects free of charge. You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, overload it, defeat its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
Colors, palettes, and other outputs you create with the tools are yours. Because your inputs are processed locally and not stored on our servers, you are responsible for saving or exporting anything you wish to keep.
Intellectual property
Paleta and its source code are original, authored works and are not open source; all rights are reserved. You may use the tools freely, but you may not copy, redistribute, or resell the software or its code. Third-party trademarks — such as color-space or file-format names — belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Always verify critical values (for example, accessibility contrast ratios) before relying on them in production.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Third-party services
Advertising and analytics on this site are provided by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
